Project Overview
StaffScope AI is a custom business management platform developed by Kennerson Technologies to simplify employee scheduling, vehicle intake, inventory management, and online vehicle auctions. The application combines PHP, Python, JavaScript, and MariaDB to connect multiple business operations through a centralized system. One of the platform's core features is an AI-powered employee scheduling system that analyzes historical customer traffic data and generates staffing recommendations for managers to review and approve.
Employee Management
We developed a web-based dashboard that provides centralized access to company management tools and employee information. The platform supports company accounts, employee registration, and role-based access, allowing businesses to manage their employees through a single system.
AI-Powered Employee Scheduling
We developed a Python-based machine learning system that analyzes historical customer traffic data to forecast staffing requirements.
The platform generates employee scheduling recommendations that managers can review, approve, or reject before they are added to the final schedule.
The system integrates Python, PHP, and MariaDB to process traffic data, generate recommendations, and store scheduling information.
Employee Scheduling Interface
StaffScope AI provides an employee scheduling interface where staff can view their assigned shifts and managers can review approved schedules.
The scheduling system connects directly to the AI recommendation process. Once managers approve suggested shifts, those schedules become available to employees through the platform's web and mobile interfaces.
Vehicle Inventory & Auctions
StaffScope includes vehicle inventory management with VIN-based vehicle records, photographs, and condition information.
Vehicles can be listed in an auction system where users can view listings and place bids.
Vehicle information is retrieved from the database when companies access their inventory or when authorized users browse auction listings.
Mobile Vehicle Intake
We developed A mobile-oriented interface for scanning vehicle VINs, capturing photos, and entering vehicle information.
This allows employees to add vehicles through either the website or the mobile interface, with both using the same centralized inventory system.
The interface communicates with a PHP backend that processes uploaded images, stores vehicle photographs on the server, and saves the corresponding vehicle records in a MariaDB database.
Backend Development & Database Integration
StaffScope AI uses PHP and MariaDB to manage company accounts, employee records, vehicle inventory, auction information, and scheduling data.
We also integrated Python-based machine learning with the PHP backend, allowing the website to generate and retrieve AI-powered staffing recommendations.
The application is hosted on a Linux server running Apache, with separate database systems supporting application operations and analytics.
